As we learn and grow throughout our 20s, the experience of grief and loss may come with it. Whether it’s because you have lost a loved one, had to move on from a past relationship or let go of a friendship, the experience of grief can be painful and difficult to deal with. Not only can grief come in many different forms, it is also more common than we might think.
In our next workshop for this series called “How do I deal with grief?”, I’ll be sharing the psychology behind the grief, its different stages and how we can best cope with the pain of losing someone you love. The grieving process can be an overwhelming journey to embark on, but it’s important to remember that you don’t have to go through it alone.
